FISHING REPORT JULY 1st 2015
On Wed the 1st of July, the SW winds have kicked in again and the upwelling has dropped the surf water temps to 59-61 degrees. This condition is expected to stay with us for the next several days.
The piers are reporting decent sea mullet fishing ( a k a whiting ) today, expect the catching to be better with an incoming tide.
Warmer water can be found on Hatteras island south of the cape.
Good luck, take a kid fishing, Cool Breeze out ….
